With over 20 years of experience in live event entertainment, Caricatures by Marietta, LLC delivers high-quality caricatures and fashion illustrations that guests love. We carry entertainer’s insurance and can provide certificates upon request. We have multiple artists on staff and we’re happy to travel!

Our 1-Minute Quick Caricatures are perfect for large events that need high-energy entertainment and fast guest throughput. In just 60 seconds per guest, our artists create lively, flattering caricatures that capture a recognizable likeness while keeping lines moving and guests laughing!
One artist can draw the same number of guests as 2–3 Standard Caricature artists, making this ideal for corporate events, conventions, school events, festivals, and large parties. Guests love watching the drawings come to life, leaving with a fun keepsake that helps your event stand out!

Our 3-minute Standard Caricatures are the same traditional caricature experience guests have loved for over 20 years! Using bold black marker lines on large poster-sized paper, our artists create expressive, personality-filled portraits that capture both likeness and humor while guests watch the drawing take shape.
This style gives artists more time for detail and dynamic expressions, making it a favorite for parties, weddings, corporate events, and celebrations. Guests enjoy chatting with the artist as each caricature develops, creating a fun, memorable experience.

Our 4-minute Live Fashion Sketches bring a chic artistic flair to any upscale event! Your guests will delight in lining up and watching our artists create runway-inspired illustrations in real time (not from a photo!) - drawings that highlight each person's individual style with graceful lines and modern elegance.
This format is a standout for weddings, galas, brand activations, and corporate events, offering both engaging entertainment and a memorable, personalized keepsake that celebrates your guests' look and captures your events' aesthetic!

Capacity: ~15 guests per hour per artist*

We love to draw pets! From reptiles and birds to cats, dogs, and everything in between, our artists can capture your furry (or scaly!) friends in the same fun style as our human caricatures. With this option, we can draw up to 15 pets per hour with Standard Pet Caricatures or up to 40 pets per hour with Quick Pet Caricatures, adding even more joy to your event!

SLIPCOVERS
Keep caricatures and fashion sketches safe from spills, rain, and fingerprints with our clear, sealable slipcovers! Each sleeve features reinforced edges to prevent rips and a self-adhesive strip to keep artwork secure and pristine until it's ready to be framed and proudly displayed.
For all services, we provide courtesy rubber bands free of charge so guests can roll up their drawings for easy transport.

Add a logo, text, or image in black and white that you provide to every drawing for extra customization! We place your item(s) on the top inch of the page to ensure it’s visible. Uploading your file is easy - just respond to your Booking Details email when prompted, and it’s automatically added to our system!
Each artist has individually-preferred paper stock to maintain the highest quality, so outside printing is not allowed.
BRANDED PAPER: COLOR
Make your drawings stand out with your full-color logo, text, or image that you provide on every sketch! We place your branding on the top inch of the page to compliment each drawing. Simply submit your file through your Booking Details email, and we'll take care of the rest!
Each artist has individually-preferred paper stock to maintain the highest quality, so outside printing is not allowed.

SPOTCOLOR - +1 min/face
STANDARD/FASHION ONLY - Free!
Add a pop of color to your drawings with our Spotcolor add-on! Choose one color - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, or brown - to highlight clothing, accessories, or details in each drawing. Spotcolor is only available with Standard Caricatures or Fashion Sketch services because it adds 1 minute per face - 15 faces/hr with Standard Caricatures and 12 guests/hr with Fashion.
Because we focus on serving events efficiently, we do not offer full-color.
COMMON TRAVEL FEES
Though Caricatures by Marietta is based in Kansas City, Missouri, our artists have drawn in all 48 contiguous U.S. states! Beyond the Kansas City Metro area and surrounding communities, we most frequently serve Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, northern Oklahoma, and northeast Arkansas. To help with planning, here are our current travel fee guidelines:
* Please note: All travel fees are per artist - because our artists work multiple events per day, they cannot always carpool. Events more than 6 hours from Kansas City, MO may require plane tickets and day rates. Travel fees may change due to factors such as fuel costs and market conditions. While we typically review travel rates about once per year, adjustments may occur sooner if necessary. Fees listed here are estimates and are not guaranteed until quoted.
$200 Hotel & Boarding Fee*
ONLY for events more than 3 hours away that end after 7 pm.
This ensures your artist(s) aren't falling asleep behind the wheel!
$50 per hour traveled*
This ensures your artist(s) are compensated for fuel expenses, mileage, and wear-and-tear on their vehicle!
